Total Comfort is hiring Retail Lead Generation Specialists to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Responsibilities

As an Retail Lead Generation Specialists you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC plumbing tune-ups replacements and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You dont need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail kiosk Door-to-Door or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
