Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, nights

Requirements
- At least 2 years of ED experience and 2 completed travel contracts
- Experience caring for critical care, psychiatric, and pediatric patients
- Epic experience
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, teamwork, and timely communication
- Ability to escalate concerns and seek support to maintain patient safety
Schedule and floating
- Weekends: Every other weekend or based on department needs
- Holidays: Every other holiday, rotating with regular staff
- Floating: May float within skill set onsite or to locations within 40 miles
