As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist for this company, you will be responsible for:

Running payroll and conducting audits within ADP

Leading and managing all benefits programs for the manufacturing plant and its employees

Educating, supporting, and guiding employees on benefits-related questions with a customer-focused approach

Administering and promoting wellness programs and initiatives to foster a healthy workplace

Researching and evaluating benefit plans and vendors to ensure competitive and effective offerings

Managing and updating employee benefit information, including claims, deductibles, COBRA, FMLA, and PTO within the HRIS

Serving as an employee advocate by addressing questions and resolving benefits-related issues

Developing compensation and benefits reports and supporting annual review processes

To be considered for the Payroll and Benefits Specialist role, you must have:

Experience processing payroll

Demonstrated success managing and administering employee benefits programs

Strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enthusiasm for your role

A four-year degree is preferred, but not required
