We have over 850 store locations you can easily transfer within.Preferred Qualifications & EducationHigh School Diploma/GEDAble to build constructive and effective relationships within storeDemonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levelsMust exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as neededWorking knowledge of general retail practices and proceduresAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hoursPhysical Requirements and/or EnvironmentAbility to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAbility to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive liftingAbility to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
