IT Specialist Manager #00000851-24400 Location: Albuquerque, NM The Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is recruiting for a full‑time, permanent IT Specialist Manager in Albuquerque, NM. The role will oversee the IT Division and manage essential technology infrastructure required to support the court’s case management needs. Essential Tasks Control, monitor and maintain servers and telecommunication devices, resolving issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring availability for court operations. Analyze resource usage, plan system acquisitions, and apply software and hardware fixes. Design and test new configurations for applications, technology, or enhanced performance. Deploy, patch, and configure PCs and servers using network‑based tools. Administer accounts, policy design, and configuration across multiple directories, including AD group policy. Set up, install, and configure hardware and software on PCs, servers, printers, and peripheral devices. Work with external agencies, vendors, and security teams to configure and maintain firewalls, voice and video over IP systems, and Cisco and VMware technologies. Apply current technology trends, troubleshooting methods, and innovative solutions to facilitate court functions.
