Patient Surgery Coordinator For Laser Vision Correction
Laser Eye Institute is seeking a patient surgery coordinator for Laser Vision Correction to join our team of dedicated professionals. As Michigan's largest LASIK & SMILE center, we provide the latest technology and quality care to our patients. As a patient coordinator you assist prospective patients through the laser vision correction process while upholding our core values of safety, results, and experience. Responsibilities
- Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for patients undergoing laser vision correction
- Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions, provide estimates, and schedule consultation appointments
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Overcome patient objections and barriers to scheduling in a friendly and professional method
