This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gaithersburg, MD. The role requires 40 hours per week. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered for the position. What You’ll Do Use your scientific insight to participate in experiments centered on the delivery of genetic material by non‑viral vectors, including LNPs. Use your lab skills to create LNP formulations. Record experimental details in a lab notebook and present your findings in small lab group meetings. Handle routine tasks such as lab maintenance, cleaning, and organization of supplies to maintain a safe workspace. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in relevant engineering fields such as Biomedical, Biomolecular, or Chemical Engineering. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development. Salary and Benefits The anticipated base salary range has been established at $25/hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
