Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, inventory, shipping, data entry, and general administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments.
• Verify quantities, labels, and product information.
• Prepare orders and shipping documents.
• Enter and update inventory information in computer systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Print labels, packing slips, and other required documents.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized files and warehouse documentation.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
