The unit specializes in adolescent behavioral health. The typical patient ratio is 1:9. The staff includes registered nurses and behavioral health technicians. Key responsibilities involve medication administration and patient assessments. Candidates must possess the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Knowledge in pediatric behavioral health is preferred. The dress code requires navy scrubs. Some weekends may be required. Professional boundaries and nursing practices must be adhered to.
