Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $36.00 ( Without Benefits)

Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Job Description:

We're looking for a versatile Recruiter to join our Client's Talent Acquisition team, supporting both technical hiring and early talent/campus recruiting. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their pipeline — one day sourcing junior engineers, the next building relationships with university career centers and running interview days for interns and new grads. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to bring in great talent across a mix of roles and experience levels. This job will be based in Atlanta, GA and will be a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, product, data) — from intake through offer
• Build and execute early talent/campus recruiting strategy, including university partnerships, internship pipelines, and new-grad hiring programs
• Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and info sessions; build relationships with career services offices and student organizations
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through a mix of proactive outreach and inbound pipeline management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive an efficient, positive interview process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, working with tools like Workday and Paradox to keep the process moving smoothly for both candidates and interview teams
• Guide candidates through the offer process, including compensation conversations and closing
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics
• Champion a strong candidate experience at every stage, from first touch through onboarding handoff

Requirements :

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to both technical recruiting and early talent/campus recruiting
• Comfort managing a high-volume, multi-role requisition load
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and campus/university networks
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and giving thoughtful, honest guidance on market conditions and candidate fit
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can talk shop with an engineering director and connect with a college junior at a career fair with equal ease
• Comfort with ambiguity and juggling shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Workday (or another major ATS/HRIS)
• Experience using Paradox or similar conversational scheduling/AI tools
• Experience building or scaling a campus recruiting program from the ground up
• 2-3 days/week in office.
