Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead LeBayou, located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment , builds strong teams, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and drives consistent operational and financial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and operational consistency.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of restaurant leaders and hourly team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and overall restaurant productivity.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, food costs, labor, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and company procedures.
• Lead from the floor, engage with guests, and resolve concerns to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture that reflects Creole Cuisine's Core Values.

What We're Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong experience overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, accountability, and team development.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
