Job Description: Collections Specialist Collections Specialist Responsibilities: As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to recover outstanding debts while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting clients with outstanding debts through various communication channels (phone, email, and mail). Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements with clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Investigating and resolving discrepancies and disputes. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collections activities. Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments. Collections Specialist Requirements: Previous experience in collections is a must. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
