1. Class Management
Take charge of daily class operation and routine management, maintain good classroom discipline and learning atmosphere, ensure orderly daily teaching and student activities.
2. Student Daily Guidance
Track students’ daily learning status, behavioral performance and mental health. Provide timely guidance and positive encouragement to help students develop good study habits and moral qualities.
3. Teacher-Parent Communication
Establish smooth and effective communication with parents, regularly feedback students’ learning progress and daily performance, answer parents’ questions, and cooperate with families to complete joint education.
4. Learning Supervision & Support
Coordinate with subject teachers, follow up students’ learning situation timely, assist in solving students’ learning difficulties, and promote the overall academic progress of the class.
5. School Affairs Execution
Strictly implement various school rules and regulations, organize and complete school-assigned class activities, daily inspections, data statistics and other related work.
