Sharkey's Cuts for Kids on Preston Road is looking for a positive, energetic, experienced cosmetologist with barbering experience to join our team in a Full-Time Assistant Salon Manager/Lead Stylist role. This is a full-time stylist position with operational responsibilities woven throughout the shift. We are specifically looking for someone with strong boys'/men's haircutting skills, salon leadership experience, and the ability to help support salon operations during busy weekends. This role will work closely alongside both the Salon Manager to help support daily salon operations, guest experience, and team flow while remaining heavily focused on cutting hair behind the chair. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow within the company long-term.
