Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures that may include portable and trauma imaging, utilizing various radiology equipment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team aimed at providing high-quality patient care and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all diagnostic imaging procedures, including portable and trauma imaging.
• Operate radiological equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of images.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for imaging practices.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff and other departments as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must hold ARRT (R) certification.
• Experience in all areas of diagnostic radiology is required.
• Skills in ED trauma imaging and fluroscopic procedures are preferred.
