We are seeking a dynamic and proactive ReStore Operations Coordinator to support our warehouse operations with energy and precision.

Job Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9 to 5

Job Description: Assists ReStore Management in certain administrative and operational functions of the ReStore including pick-up scheduling, administrative responsibilities, volunteer coordinating, and customer satisfaction and relationship goals. Supervises staff, assigns daily tasks to staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the close out register at the end of the sale day

· Supervise the Point-of-Sale (POS) entry and data. Maintain and update system as needed.

· Assist with the daily in-store setup of merchandise; organization, layout, displays

· Assist ReStore Manager with taking product photos for social media and updating social media posts

· Assists with inventory management, storage, placement and pricing

· Support ReStore Management in collection and pricing of collectible items

· Customer service - assist ReStore customers with questions and purchases

· Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback to foster a high-performing team.

· Maintain weekly schedule of volunteers, and oversee and coordinate the training and activities of volunteers. Work with the front office staff in tracking volunteer hours.

· Monitor scheduling system and email account; respond to emails and schedule customer pick-ups.

· Review daily/weekly truck schedules for pickups and deliveries and coordinate driver/helper schedules

· Assist with the planning and execution of special events

· Assist with preparing reports on ReStore metrics

· Ensures compliance with safety protocols, including staff and volunteer training

· Provide input on training for staff members on new policies and programs

· Assist with the preparation of annual staff reviews

Skills & Qualifications:

· Self-motivated and able to take-charge providing direction and supervision to staff and volunteers while also having the ability to perform most tasks in the absence of staff or volunteers. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

· Detail-oriented, reliable and enthusiastic and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Conscientious and able to maintain a well-organized work environment

· Technical skills – must have skills/experience in social media, MS Office and learn other programs as needed.

· Handle/defuse challenging situations with tact. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

· Commitment to safe working environment

· Minimum two years’ work experience

Critical Performance Outcomes

· Work with ReStore Management to ensure that the store operation is staffed appropriately with employees and volunteers for optimal customer service needs.

· Supervise floor workers and well-trained base of volunteers.

· Fulfillment of responsibilities described above.
