Data Engineering Intern# Data Engineering InternBFC HQ - Saint Petersburg, FL 33701## Description**About the program:*** Location: Saint Petersburg, FL* Timeframe: Length of a semester; however, some may be extended* Hours: 20-40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate class schedule* You will gain valuable, real-world experience that will initiate a smooth transition into your career* All internship opportunities are paid**Primary responsibilities:*** Assist with data reporting requests and develop reports that communicate key metrics and insights* Conduct basic data quality efforts, including validation, reconciliation, and anomaly identification* Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using appropriate tools and platforms* Research and learn data platform capabilities and business process workflows* Identify opportunities to improve data organization and integrity**Required skills and characteristics:*** Familiarity with Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel* Basic understanding of data, databases, or reporting concepts* Experience or familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Postgres, Fabric, and Snowflake* Strong attention to detail* Ability to organize and validate information* Data-mapping experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
