Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and medical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Assist residents with transferring in and out of wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids. Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the nursing staff. Maintain accurate records and reports on resident transportation and any issues that may arise. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up‑to‑date on best practices in patient transportation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and coordination. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members.
