Join Our Team as a Full-Time Endourologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With an increase in residency slots recently approved and an expanding clinical presence, we are eager to find a surgeon who is committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive therapies for BPH.

The Role

We are interested in candidates who have a strong passion for or fellowship training in Endourology . This position primarily focuses on enhancing our advanced stone and BPH program.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
  • Develop and manage a high-volume practice specializing in stone diseases.
  • Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 , adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Eligibility for a California medical license.
  • A strong commitment to clinical education and community-focused care.
  • Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
  • This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
  • California residency is required upon the start date.
