Social Services Director Opportunity at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation
At Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Services Director to join our team in Starke, Florida. As a Social Services Director, you will play a vital role in evaluating clients' needs, creating individualized care plans, and referring them to community resources to support their recovery and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
Evaluating clients to determine their needs and the support options that can help them
Creating individualized care plans for each client
Referring clients to community resources to help their specific situations
Collaborating with other care providers to coordinate services
Monitoring clients
Maintaining records of treatments and services
Providing talk therapy
Responding to crisis situations
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary: $65,000 - $75,000
