Leaderpromos is growing and hiring Warehouse Associates to support fulfillment of customer orders.

• LOCATION: 915 TAYLOR RD, COLUMBUS, OH 43230

When you enter the industrial parking lot from Taylor Rd, turn left immediately, then right and follow all the way to the last warehouse.

The Warehouse Associate primary roles will be packing materials into kits per customer requirements (80%) and assisting with other warehouse related activities the remainder of the time (20%).

This is first shift hours 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. OR 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. , OT available during holiday season.

• Pick and pack fulfillment orders
• Maintain inventory counts: running inventory reports and respond to inventory request from our customer service teams
• Using warehouse management software for inventory
• Unload truck deliveries and stow items in an organized manor
• Outbound shipping of customer orders
• Manage FedEx and UPS shipments and receipts
• Monitor shipping and production inventory, ordering shipping supplies or production supplies as needed
• Operate forklift, walkie stacker or pallet jack as needed
• Execute fulfillment projects as assigned
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping cleaning
• Assist production team with trimming embroidered orders
• Read and follow production orders to spec for custom designs
• Operate heat press properly to decrease unsafe conditions

Physical Requirements:

• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse/production setting: to stand for prolonged periods of time; to regularly stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. of weight; to operate production equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordinator including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
• Able to speak, write and read the English language effectively
• Ability to handle noise level in the work environment that is usually moderate to loud
• Ability to work in an environment that is NOT temperature controlled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more year’s fulfillment center or production experience
• Basic understand of Microsoft office suite
• Well organized
• Able to communicate with peers and leadership
