IT Infrastructure Manager

Salary: $120,500 - 120,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• We require at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure roles, with leadership responsibility for complex, mission-critical environments.
• We require proven experience designing, operating, and modernizing hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and private cloud platforms such as VMware and hyperconverged infrastructure, as well as Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• We require demonstrated accountability for infrastructure security and resilience, including patch management, configuration hardening, vulnerability remediation, identity integration, and availability controls.
• We require strong leadership experience managing infrastructure teams, vendors, and service providers in regulated or high-availability settings.
• Preferred qualifications include 5 or more years leading infrastructure teams, including senior engineers and technical leads, in a complex enterprise environment.
• Preferred qualifications include experience building and executing infrastructure strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and OPEX/CAPEX budgets aligned with business and regulatory needs.
• Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of infrastructure cybersecurity practices, audit readiness, and the implementation of technical and procedural controls in partnership with Information Security.
• Preferred qualifications include experience governing modern operating practices such as monitoring, change and configuration management, service level management, incident and problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Preferred qualifications include hands-on familiarity with VMware, hyperconverged platforms, Microsoft Azure, software defined networking, and SD-WAN.

• We provide senior leadership for the design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and private cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure, enterprise storage, backup and recovery, networking, SDN, and SD-WAN.
• We own our infrastructure strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and operating and capital budgets, and we drive initiatives that modernize our platforms, improve reliability and security, and align with organizational and regulatory goals.
• We lead, coach, and develop our Infrastructure team members and senior technical leads through performance management, mentoring, succession planning, and skills development.
• We maintain accountability for the cybersecurity posture of our infrastructure platforms, including patching, configuration hardening, vulnerability remediation, identity integration, and availability controls, in close collaboration with Information Security.
• We ensure infrastructure support for business continuity and disaster recovery, including architecture, testing, documentation, and readiness across on-premises and cloud environments, and we provide leadership during major incidents or outages.
• We design, implement, and govern infrastructure processes, standards, and controls such as ITIL, COBIT, change management, monitoring, and automation to support consistent, compliant, and auditable operations.
• We provide executive oversight of infrastructure operations and escalations, ensuring service levels are met, operational risks are managed, and systemic issues are resolved through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
