A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING POSITION on location at Golfco International’s production facility at 18009 NE 76th St, Redmond, WA.

Up to a full-time position requested but flexible hours may be negotiated.

Golfco International has been a manufacturer of unique replacement parts (primarily rollers) for mowers and other equipment used by golf courses and sports fields around the world for over 33 years. We design and produce our roller product lines in Redmond, WA.

We are looking for a professional accounting clerk with experience to be responsible for clerical and bookkeeping activities including entry and management of sales orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing functions.

Candidates must be proficient with multi-user QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel and Outlook and have significant skills and experience with bookkeeping principles.

Activities will include entry of customer sales orders and invoices, generating shipping labels, processing credit card collections, help with collection management, researching purchase options, producing purchase orders, management of vendors, posting vendor invoices, recording of credit card charges, reconciliation of card statements and any other clerical and bookkeeping activities as need.

In addition to accounting clerk activities, the position also entails management and maintenance of computers, printers and other office equipment.

All employees must be able to work independently without constant supervision, contribute to safe working conditions and environments for all employees and help improve organization and cleanliness of the facility. All employees must be able to collaborate as team members to help where and when needed to ensure efficient operations for the business activities.

Golfco International is a smoke free facility. Applicants for employment must be non-smokers and future employment is contingent upon continued non-smoker status. Maintaining personal hygiene and professional attire is mandatory.
