Position Overview

Independent Insurance Agency is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team for the role of Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in assisting clientele and helping grow our customer base. We provide solutions to our community for their needs in auto, home, recreational, and business insurance.

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
