SAP Order-to-Cash Value Stream Lead

As the Global Order-to-Cash (OTC) Value Stream Lead, you will partner with business leaders to transform and standardize end-to-end OTC processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and related digital solutions to support Gore Fabrics' strategic objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for OTC business capabilities, processes, and technology solutions across Gore Fabrics and broader enterprise transformation initiatives. It combines business transformation, Sales Operations enablement, and process expertise to deliver scalable, standardized, and business-focused OTC capabilities across regions and operating companies. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, Digital/IT teams, solution architects, functional experts, and implementation partners to define and implement future-state processes that improve operational performance and customer experience. While supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and sustainment activities, the primary focus is driving business transformation, process governance, harmonization, and commercial effectiveness through SAP and complementary platforms such as Salesforce. The OTC Value Stream Lead serves as a strategic process owner and cross-functional business partner, ensuring OTC capabilities enable growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and enterprise-wide standardization. This position will be located in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Pay and Benefits: $110,000- $154,000 per year Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics. More details are available at Responsibilities Lead the global OTC value stream strategy, governance, and process standardization across regions within Fabrics in collaboration with other OpCos. Partner across Sales Operations, Salesforce Team, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Enterprise Architecture, and Cross-OpCo SAP teams to align global OTC processes, business capabilities, and SAP S/4HANA solutions. Define and enable scalable future-state OTC processes supporting growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. Drive end-to-end OTC capabilities including customer onboarding, order management, fulfillment, billing, customer service, and commercial integrations. Provide leadership for SAP S/4HANA OTC design, deployment, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead OTC stabilization activities during implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases, including issue escalation, cross-functional coordination, and transition to support organizations. Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification. Coach business process specialists and support organizational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field OR equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 10 years of experience in OTC, Sales Operations, ERP transformation, or related business process leadership roles. Minimum of 5 years of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and related systems. Experience leading global process standardization, SAP implementations, or business transformation initiatives. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead in complex global environments. Strong business process analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Desired Qualifications Experience serving as a Global Process Owner, Value Stream Lead, or Business Transformation Lead. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Go-Live, Hypercare, and AMS transition models. Familiarity with SAP best practices, Agile/Lean methodologies, and process automation initiatives. Experience in manufacturing or complex global supply chain environments. SAP certification and/or MBA preferred.
