Our client, a manufacturer in Middleburg Heights, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Pay Range: $19 - $20

Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm (train on 1st shift)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to work order and drawing specifications.
• Load parts into machines, cycle the machines, and monitor operations for malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
• Utilize hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish finished parts
• Package all production in accordance with routing steps
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while communicating effectively with team members regarding production runs.

What's Needed?

• 6 months of CNC machine operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes.
