Drilling & Completions HSE Specialist

Safety Management Systems

The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting oil and gas drilling and completions operations and a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience supporting oil & gas drilling and completions operations
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
Experience conducting:
- Hazard and risk assessments
- Safety audits and inspections
- Incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Regulatory compliance activities
Ability to develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
