Equipment Rental Yard Associate Wanted

We are seeking a reliable, energetic full-time Equipment Rental Yard Associate to join our team. You will handle equipment check-ins, maintain machinery, and assist customers in the yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading and unloading rental equipment.
• Inspect machinery for damage and cleanliness upon return.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and equipment to customers.
• Perform basic maintenance like checking fluids, washing gear, and refueling.
• Maintain yard organization to ensure a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Customer service skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Equipment experience (forklift, tractor, or small engine) is preferred.
