Our team is united by a shared commitment to improving health outcomes, providing exceptional service, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.If you're passionate about helping others, collaborating with a purpose-driven team, and being part of a company that's transforming healthcare, we'd love to meet you.Position SummaryThe Customer Services Representative will be responsible for aiding our patients and other visitors, maintaining organization in our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.Essential ResponsibilitiesGreeting patients, vendors, and other visitors to our wellness centerAnswer patient questions and provide assistance when necessaryAnswer the telephone and redirect calls to the appropriate staff member, and respond to voicemails in a timely mannerUtilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patientsRegister new patients and update necessary recordsDistribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriatelyMaintain spreadsheets and confidentiality of all patient recordsEnsure that the waiting room environment remains quiet, calm, and welcoming. Wipe down high traffic areasUphold the positive reputation of our wellness center by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner.Required QualificationsExperience with the following desired: EMR system, Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Email, etc.Friendly, energetic, and compassionate dispositionExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsDedication to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient recordsStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and quality improvement methodologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make strategic decisions.Experience with financial management and budget oversight in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in relevant software and technology systems.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writingAbility to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructionsAbility to concentrate, think, and learnAbility to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push and pullHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant roleHealth care experience preferredWhy Join One to One Health?Do good, help others.
