Physical Therapist (PT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, working a consistent MondayFriday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 40 hours per week. This role is based in a large 164-bed facility equipped with a modern rehabilitation gym and advanced equipment. The PT will focus on restoring patient mobility, strength, and functional independence in a post-acute care environment. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a therapist seeking stability and growth within a well-equipped SNF setting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Active State PT License required
• BLS certification required
• Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
