• High-acuity community Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population
• Primary Stroke Center and PCI-capable hospital

• Pediatricians manage medical pediatric patients while Emergency Physicians manage pediatric trauma and injuries
• 24/7 Emergency Department Pharmacist
• Double physician coverage in the acute care area
• 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider support

• Physician-led scheduling, quality initiatives, and departmental operations
• Single-site practiceno traveling between facilities
• Full-time schedule of 172 shifts annually (approximately 14 shifts per month) with 88.5 patient-facing hours per shift

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Base salary: $225,000$241,000 for a 0.9 FTE (based on experience)
• Guaranteed base salary plus a robust productivity and efficiency distribution
• Additional earnings through:
• Night differential
• Holiday pay
• Administrative opportunities
• Call compensation
