Desktop Support Specialist

NTT America, Inc. is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician II to provide specialized support for Prisoner Enrollment and Verification Stations in Arlington, Virginia. This role requires expertise in hardware maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring all PEVS systems are operational, including PCs and fingerprint scanners. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.
