Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures
- Train and educate team members on proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with management to address any food safety concerns or issues
- Attend all leadership development classes and opportunities
- Checklist and system completion daily
- Lead a team centered on food safety
- Create proactive systems to solve ongoing food safety risks
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in food safety or related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week
- Active ServSafe manager certification
