This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry and develop into a Project Manager within 2-3 years . As a Project Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leaders while gaining firsthand exposure to commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured professional development, you'll build the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and project management expertise needed for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of mechanical construction projects. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project cost tracking. Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project documentation. Work closely with field teams to support project operations and address jobsite challenges. Track project progress and ensure timely communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Gain working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems. Participate in project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews. Develop leadership and decision-making skills through direct mentorship from experienced construction professionals. Follow a structured career development program designed to prepare you for advancement into Project Management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results. Desire to build a long-term career within the construction industry.
