HR Coordinator

Responsibilities Supporting HR operations and administrative processes Processing HR transactions within internal systems Compiling, organizing, and analyzing employee data Creating and maintaining reports using Excel Coordinating communications across internal teams Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information Requirements 1-2+ years of Human Resources or related administrative experience Experience working with HR systems (Workday or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks Microsoft Excel Skills Formulas VLOOKUPs Pivot tables Data organization and cleanup Nice to Have Experience with I-9 verification or HR compliance processes Exposure to generalist HR functions Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
