Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Acute Care Float Pool day shift position requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active MO or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Float Pool Nursing department
• 13-week travel assignment
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty being applied for
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Float pool nurses provide flexible support across multiple acute care units as needed
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be considered local, which can affect pay rate and contract eligibility
• Local candidates are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts, after which a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius is required
• First-time travelers may be considered
