US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative Engage veterinary customers to achieve sales goals with Elanco products within an assigned geography. Support launch activities and collaborate with corporate hospitals and local veterinary associations. Your Responsibilities Provide a leadership role for distributor representatives within the assigned geography. Execute product placement with targeted accounts in assigned geographical areas. Implement sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals. Create and execute a territory business plan with key essential wins. Meet sales goals while managing an assigned expense budget. Coordinate with local veterinary associations on state VMA meetings. Spend time in field for face‑to‑face meetings with hospital influencers. Set up and execute launch meetings in partnership with veterinary services. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience. At least 2 years of companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience. Team‑first approach with a hustle mentality and a strong desire to win. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided. Preferred Qualifications Ability to influence without authority. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate diverse audiences. Decision‑making skills in uncertain and ambiguous contexts. Strategic thinking. Strong planning and execution skills. In‑depth knowledge of companion animal veterinary products and market. Advanced degree in business. Additional Information Travel: up to 20%. Territory: Field – San Francisco / East Bay / Oakland / Hayward. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range: $85,900 – $143,100, depending on qualifications. Eligible for company bonuses.
