Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and refine project plans, workflows, and dashboards using advanced project management and collaborative work management solutions to ensure clarity, teamwork, and ownership. Develop and standardize processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution, fostering seamless cross‑team and cross‑functional collaboration. Generate comprehensive reports and insights on project performance, resource allocation, and overall project success to inform strategic decisions. What You Bring Must‑Have Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of configuring and enabling advanced project management and workflow tools, with a primary focus on setting up these solutions for a Project Management Office (PMO). Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow tools for optimal effectiveness and efficiency. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM). Proven experience with Agile methodologies. Change management certification. Demonstrated experience applying these tools and methodologies in real‑world scenarios. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications An understanding of specialized financial giving vehicles. Work samples showcasing your project management and process optimization skills.
