Test Engineer, Electrical Integration Lab

Shift: 9AM 5PM | Onsite
Role: Test and validate SW/HW for autonomous vehicles using dynamometer (dyno) systems and electrical test assets - ensuring software releases are safe and reliable before hitting the vehicle.
Summary:
- Run manual/automated test plans on dyno systems (DynoBot HIL, electrical test assets)
- Functional/regression/integration testing tied to SW release cycles
- Analyze test data for anomalies, failures, trends
- Work cross-functionally (SW/HW/systems eng) to repro issues and verify fixes
- Document test procedures, results, defects
- Maintain/troubleshoot dyno test infra + build automation
- Flash ECUs and other programmable components
- Track HW/SW build states, config management
Experience:
- BS in EE, ME, CompE, or related
- 4 6 yrs test/validation/integration engineering experience
- Electro-mechanical systems integration/testing experience
- HIL tools: dSPACE, CANoe, LabVIEW (or similar)
- R&D electronics or electrical test lab background
- Structured test plan execution/documentation
- Strong debugging/analytical mindset
- Lab equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, spectrum/logic analyzers, programmable power supplies, chillers, accelerometers, torque sensors
- Comfortable in fast-moving lab environment

- Python/scripting for test automation
- Linux CLI/filesystem familiarity
- Data acquisition + log analysis
- Translating requirements test cases
- Axle-hub dyno experience
- CAN/Ethernet network troubleshooting
