This role manages annual project tracking, data compilation, and verification for corporate water stewardship programs. Position Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end annual water stewardship project tracking process, including partner outreach and data collection for quantification and verification performed by the technical team. Serve as the primary specialist for corporate‑level water stewardship data management and ensure accurate documentation of operational water footprints, volumetric water benefits, and related data sets. Support cross‑functional corporate client teams and stakeholders, synthesizing and presenting technical information to corporate audiences. Coordinate and manage internal project teams to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate with external partners (water stewardship project implementers) to collect, document, and file annual project reporting evidence. Manage timelines, deliverables, and updates to client and internal workflows for multiple, simultaneous initiatives; confirm alignment with client requirements and priorities. Support technical data tasks such as maintaining and operating data ecosystems, configuring dashboards, and monitoring workflow errors. Optimize and streamline the annual tracking program processes, including communication, reporting, and partner coordination; implement efficient solutions such as automation of the outreach process. Potential Secondary Responsibilities Water stewardship project benefit quantification Water risk assessments Desired Qualifications & Skills B.S. or B.A. (or graduate degree) in environmental science, engineering, data science, sustainability, or business administration. Experience managing complex data sets and annual data collection, data management, and project tracking processes. 3–5 years of technical program or project management experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of environmental sustainability metrics, water stewardship, or large‑scale corporate environmental programs is highly desirable. Technical background in data management, including expertise in large datasets, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal teams. Experience in NGOs, mission‑driven organizations, or corporate sustainability programs is a plus. Must be legally able to work in the U.S. for any employer (proper documentation required). Compensation The salary will range from $75,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, education, location, and fit with job requirements.
