.Net Programmer

Net Programmer Hybrid (Onsite every 3rd day) Must reside in Ohio Description Diversified Systems is searching for a .Net Programmer who work closely with the designated supervisor, project managers, business analysts, product owners, customers, QA testers and other developers in an agile development environment. The work scope of the candidate will include process analysis, requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment and production support. The candidate will be responsible for new development and rewriting legacy applications to .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, SQL Server and other technologies. The new applications will implement an N-tier architecture and comply with coding standards. The candidate will also lead efforts within a project, a team or across multiple teams to include solution design, mentoring and progress updates for example. Requirements 10 years of experience with the .NET Framework 4.0 and higher, required. 10 years of experience with ASP.NET and C#, required. 10 years of experience with SQL Server database design and Transact-SQL, including designing and optimizing queries, tables, views, and functions/stored procedures, required. 10 years of experience developing applications using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later, required. 10 years of verifiable Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), required. 10 years of experience with code repository strategies and recovery using TFS/Azure DevOps, required. 5 years of experience developing a project within the Agile methodology, required. 5 years of experience developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and making them accessible within an MVC web application, required. 5 years of experience with Agile methodology using TFS/DevOps, required. 2 years of experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), or verifiable experience implementing a testing strategy for developed applications, required. 2 years of experience with microservices, required. Non-technical Strong, clear, and understandable cross-team communication skills in the English language. Strong influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to establish and support collaboration amongst supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. Strong oral and written skills. Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. Strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership skills in assessing and mentoring staff. Strong capability and confidence in conducting meaningful and critical code reviews.
