As a Retail Lead Specialist with ARS-Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you will be the face of our construction-related home services in partnered retail locations. You’ll proactively approach customers, explain products and service options, and generate qualified leads and appointments for our local service centers. Working in a safety-first, customer-focused culture, you’ll track activity, meet daily lead and sales goals, and collaborate closely with branch teams.
