HVACR Service Technician

Vyron is looking for a talented HVACR service technician who excels at solving complex field equipment problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of both technical and communication skills to meet the needs of external and internal customers. This position reports to the Service Manager and is located in the [Waukesha, Madison, Green Bay] office.
Responsibilities

• Support Vyron's products on new and existing HVAC installations
• Provide troubleshooting support to our local mechanical contractors
• Start up and commission Vyron equipment including make-up air units (MUA), dedicated outside air units (DOAS), variable refrigeration flow systems (VRF), dehumidification units, modular chillers, and air handlers
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Support Vyron's outside sales team by providing troubleshooting support and technical equipment knowledge
• Stay current on any training required by our suppliers

Requirements

• 2 or 4 year technical degree preferred, but not required
• Experience and certification to work with refrigeration systems
• Ability to travel and work on-site at various customer locations and environments
• Ability to complete the physical tasks required to service equipment and meet customer needs
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong desire to learn and grow in technical product knowledge
• Willing to work until the job is done
• Self-motivated
