Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience, strong skills in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, and the ability to adapt to various clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
- Float between departments as needed to support staffing demands.
- Ensure all clinical documentation and patient assessments are accurate and timely.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current and active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg/Tele experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing skills.
- Be willing and able to float across units as required.
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Have experience working in a Critical Access Hospital preferred.
