Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - $22/hr

Location: McGregor, IA
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in McGregor, IA. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care, works well in a team, and maintains professionalism in all care settings.

Pay Rate

• $22 per hour

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:

• Active CNA certification (State of Iowa)
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience
• Clear background check
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Willing to complete:
  • TB 2-step test or blood draw (Quantiferon/PPD)
  • Work physical exam

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments
• Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility protocols
