About the Role

Join Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, as an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in a customer-facing door-to-door sales role. You will meet residents in local neighborhoods, recommend the best fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity services. This entry-level sales job offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and career growth with no previous sales experience required.

Compensation

Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 (salary +uncapped commissions) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus* . This compensation package gives you a strong starting salary with additional earning potential based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment
• Introducing Kinetic internet services to potential customers
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best fiber internet and connectivity solutions for the home
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach
• Use company-provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in different weather conditions and terrain
• Comfort using mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads, for sales activity and customer information
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings with internet speed of at least 25 Mbps
• Flexible availability to work - days, evenings, and weekends

Sign on Bonus : You will be eligible for a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus, subject to applicable tax withholdings. The bonus will be paid in two installments of $1,250.00 each and reflected in Magnys, the online commission system.

The first installment will be paid with your first monthly commission payment, if applicable. The second installment will be paid with the commission cycle in which your six (6)-month service anniversary occurs. Each installment will be paid as soon as administratively practicable following the applicable milestone.

To be eligible for an installment, you must be actively employed and in good standing with the Company on the payment date. Bonus payments will be administered and processed in accordance with the Company’s standard commission practices.
