Surpass Behavioral Health provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. We seek a school-based Behavior Technician to join our mission of making a difference, working under the supervision of a BCBA in a 1:1 school setting. You will assist in implementing ABA-based plans, provide direct therapy, and help collect data to monitor progress while collaborating with school staff.
