Crisis Stabilization Therapist - In-Home & Community Care

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Colorado is seeking licensed therapists and social workers, or those pursuing licensure, to join our crisis stabilization team. You will provide urgent behavioral health interventions for individuals in mental health holds and support transitions back into the community.
This in-person role requires working two 24-hour shifts per week in Summit County, with standby hours and travel to clients' homes.
