Technical Product Owner

Xoriant Corporation in Edison, NJ is seeking applications for the following position: Job Title: Technical Product Owner Location: Xoriant Corporation, Suite #720, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Job Duties Analyze user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation. Engage with cross‑functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and priorities. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, to provide guidance and prioritize product features. Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process. Translating business requirements into concrete technical specifications and user stories. Creating a product road map based on business vision and related requirements. Works closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and quality, and with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals. Identifies and manages technical debt to ensure the product remains maintainable and scalable. Helps prioritize features and manage the product backlog, considering technical feasibility and business value. Facilitates communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including the product owner, development team, and other departments. Providing technical knowledge and understanding of the product architecture, infrastructure, and development methodologies. Job Requirements Require Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require two (2) years of experience in job offered, Delivery Manager, Software Consultant or related using API Integrations, MS SQL Server, Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Functional & Automation Testing. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Salary The base pay range for this role is between $150,301.00 to $175,000.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your qualifications, experience and location.
