Overview The Warehouse/Stock Clerk handles receiving, unpacking, staging, inventorying, and shipping of materials and electronic equipment. They prepare orders for delivery or return, document shipment details, report damages, and manage packaging disposal. The role includes setting up and repackaging computer equipment, operating material handling vehicles, using inventory and barcoding systems, and supporting asset processing in systems like CMPro. Responsibilities Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment. Record shipment data, including weight and dimensions. Receive and unpack materials/supplies. Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record‑keeping purposes. Break down excess packaging material and sort for disposal (recycling or trash). Prepare shipments for return to vendors or delivery to the recipient. Perform inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic equipment and related material. Utilize the computer‑based inventory and bar‑coding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material. Assist in receiving assets into the CMPro database for inventory purposes. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Two (2) years of warehouse experience, including performing inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic equipment and related material; operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment; and utilizing a computer‑based inventory and bar‑coding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material. Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate reports. Automate logistic reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real‑time inventory monitoring.
